#homeownership
Our Story
We started in 1976 with rehabbing homes to improve living conditions in the city of McAllen. Soon after we expanded our services and service area.
Now we not only rehab homes we also build and finance them as well! We have subdivisions in 10 different cities across the Rio Grande Valley with more to come!
We also help to prepare you! Our HUD Certified counselors work with customers to get them ready to buy a home.
And when they close on their home, they still stay part of our family as they make their payments with us.

The AHSTI Way
Fundamentals
If we do the fundamentals right, like focus on our customers, always do the right thing, and continue to stay positive, we will be successful in our mission.
Strong Bench
We support each other and if one person is down (out) their backup is ready to go for the benefit of the team.
Team over Individual
Understanding that this organization is a team "sport" and that working together we can do so much more. Sharing and caring is the key to our success.
Adapt
The only constant in life changes. We need to be able to adapt to changes in our environment. Game plans change but the objective is always the same.
"Get over themselves"
At AHSTI our superstars prefer "We" over "Me".
Family Business
As with any family, disagreements occur. At AHSTI we will always respect each other regardless. Also, What happens at AHSTI, stays at AHSTI.
Don't take yourself too seriously
Having fun and working hard are not two different things. If you can't make fun of yourself now and then, call me... I'll do it :)
TOUGHEST JOB I'VE EVER LOVED
This is by far the toughest job I've ever had...and I love it. if you don't enjoy what you are doing - you are doing it wrong. What do you enjoy about AHSTI?
